Warranty Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty applies to materials or workmanship, and electronics purchased from MINIPRO® (the "Physical Goods"). MINIPRO® is a registered trademark under MINIPRO, LLC. Liability shall never exceed the product’s original cost. Because MINIPRO has no control over the use of any products, MINIPRO® is not liable for any damages or injury resulting from the use or purchase of any MINIPRO® products. The purchaser accepts all responsibility and cannot hold MINIPRO® responsible for any damages and/or injury incurred by improper use or improper judgment in using any MINIPRO® products.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, MINIPRO® will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for materials or workmanship purchased from MINIPRO® is one year from the date of purchase, and 30 days for electronic. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or one year for materials and workmanship, and 30 days for electronics from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions, misuse, abuse, normal wear or damage not resulting from defects in electronics, material or workmanship, and is up to our discretion upon reviewing the product. Modified or attempted repaired parts will void the warranty.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. 

Can I transfer the warranty?

This warranty is non-transferable.

What do you have to do to obtain warranty service?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please include your original sales receipt for verification of purchase date.

For DIY or Customized Dynos, is the warranty covered?

No. Any DIY or modifications made to the dyno by customers or third parties will void the manufacturer's warranty and no returns will be accepted. However, custom dynos or modifications made by MINIPRO® are covered under warranty ONLY IF such dyno is not been customized or modified by customers or third parties.
